“My husband and I are "do-it-yourself-ers" who know our limitations. When a crack appeared in the bottom of our tub, we called Paul for an estimate. We were willing to cut the tub ensemble out ourselves but really wanted the expertise of a plumber to install the new tub properly, mortar bed and all. Paul came out and was very professional and easy-going (wore shoe covers too). He got an estimate to us quickly and it seemed reasonable to us. Oh, before he left the day he gave us our estimate, he drilled a hole in our new stone sink so that we could install the sink sprayer, no charge. You don't see that very often. Above and beyond customer service. Paul is a genuine, professional plumber with a great work ethic.”

“We have used Paul's services several times over the past few years and are extremely pleased with him. The last job he did for us was ''messy'' so to speak. The downstairs toilet was not flushing and causing much distress (and mess). After spending some time trying to find the reason for the blockage, Paul finally took his equipment to the basement, finding the correct piping in a non-obvious place. He had to move tons of stuff to get to it. With his special equipment and camera, he found the problem - tree roots were growing into the pipe. He was able to clear it for us and needless to say, he made us extremely happy. Paul is usually on time, if he is going to be late, he will call and let us know. He is extremely polite and always makes me smile when I hear his voice on the phone. It is truly a pleasure to have Paul service our plumbing needs. He always uses foot covers and never leaves a mess. Your Plumbing Connection services are reasonably priced and you always receive great service.”

They were always on time, and got the whole job done before they went on to the next customer. They finished the project on time. This project was done at an adult foster care home so that was very important to me. I will always call on them when I need work done.”

“Dennis the plumber was here within one hour from the time I called. He crawled underneath the house without complaint, fixed my leak, and even checked my other fixtures while he was here. He was very pleasant to speak with and explained the more than reasonably priced bill to me perfectly. “The work was great. The company sent out a very helpful individual who not only put in my softener, but then did an entire inspection of my current plumbing condition. He made some recommendations and in reality saved me some major problems that could have happened had I not been made aware of the potential problems. I would use this company again.”
